Shipping
In-stock items normally ship within 2 business days. However, much of our products consists of Special Order Items that we may or may not have immediately available in stock. These usually ship to you within 7 to 10 business days. Rush orders can be arranged for most items subject to a $50 minimum order.
You will be billed only when the items are actually shipped. We will make every effort to notify you if we expect any unusual delay. Shipping will be by UPS or USPS priority and is charged a minimum handling fee of $7.50 for up to 3 pounds.
Returns
We make every effort to provide the highest quality products. Any damaged or inferior merchandise may be returned for refund. To return an item, please call us within 5 days of the receipt of your order at 502.634.3100, or email us. Please tell us what the problem is so that we can use that information to improve our service or offerings. Returns are subject to a $25 restocking fee, unless it is broken.
When we receive your return, we will promptly refund your purchase price, less shipping. Return requests after 5 days will be taken on a case by case basis.
